Another year is coming to an end and much has happened in the past 12 months. We celebrated many milestones, attended events all over the world, welcomed new employees and said farewell to those who moved on to pursue new opportunities.
Before heading into Christmas break, we would like to take a moment to review the past year and everything it had to offer.
January to March - Events, SenoTalk, and SenoApp
In the start of the year released the first episode of the SenoTalk in which our Sales and Marketing Manager Hannah answered some of our most frequently asked questions. Even more excitingly, we got featured in an article on Techtextrends.
The highlight of the first quarter was the release of our mobile app – the SenoApp, which enables customers to conduct measurements and view results on their smartphone.
What else happened?

In the second quarter of the year we were busy participating in a number of events such as the Startup Grind Global Conference in California, the EPIC Annual General Meeting in Lithuania, the Photonics Spectra Spectroscopy Conference, and the Texprocess in Frankfurt. Each event provided a platform to network with industry experts and prospective customers and partners.

October to December - Management changes, strategizing, and Galileo
The last quarter of the year came with substantial changes in management. After 5 years of leading the team at Senorics, our former CEO Dr. Ronny Timmreck left the company to pursue new projects. As one of the founders and shareholders, he will continue to stay connected to Senorics. We welcomed Thomas Schlicher as new CEO, who is now leading the company towards our goal of making Material Sensing available to everyone.
A highlight of December was the shooting of a TV report for the German television show Galileo. The team visited us for two days and learned about our novel technology, the many use cases, and the people behind the scenes. The report was released as part of the Galileo episode on ProSieben on 23/12 at 7.05pm (CET).
To ring in the end of the year, we celebrated our annual Christmas party. You can read more about the festivities and look at some photos in this article on our blog.

There have been many more projects unfolding behind the scenes, which we will share with you next year. For now, we would like to take this opportunity to thank our partners, customers, investors, and employees for their ongoing efforts and support. We are looking forward to continuing all our cooperations in 2023.
Until then, have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
