What are your main tasks and responsibilities?

“Together with the IMS team, I take care of the maintenance and further development of the physical and digital work environment at Senorics. In cooperation with other departments, we design the company's processes and support their implementation with the appropriate infrastructure. I also support HR management with tasks such as travel expense accounting, monthly payroll, and hiring new team members.”

What are important values for you and how does Senorics meet your expectations regarding these values?

“Personally, I think that sustainability and cohesion are important values, and both can be found at Senorics. Our products contribute to a more responsible use of resources, and we also try to act environmentally conscious internally - for example through a paper-free office organization. I value the collaborative approach within our team and the support that is given freely whenever someone is in need. It makes me feel very comfortable in my team and it’s the reason that we also occasionally all meet after work.”

What do you like best about working at Senorics?

“That’s easy, our team!”

What do you find most challenging about jour job?

“My areas of responsibility are very varied. I need to collaborate with several other departments on a daily basis and my tasks within IMS are manifold. I deal with workplace safety, quality management, data protection regulations, and more. Working on all these tasks simultaneously is sometimes a challenge.”

What was the biggest lesson you have learned since joining Senorics?

“How to operate a Quooker (the water mixing tap in our office kitchen). And on a more serious note, the variety of my responsibilities has definitely taught me how to prioritize my tasks and make sure each of them progresses at the necessary speed.”

What is your favorite use case?

“Because I value sustainability, my favorite use case revolves around waste processing and recycling. I think our technology offers a great tool to sort and recycle waste more appropriately based on the composition of the disposed materials and thus enables more sustainable processes.”

We would like to thank Karoline for taking the time to answer our questions and give us insight into her workday.
